WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Laundry PDX is located at 1723 NE Alberta Street in the Alberta Arts District of Northeast Portland (get directions). The store was formerly based downtown, but isn’t now. Please double check your map if you haven’t visited before.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Our store is open daily from 11 am to 7 pm (8 pm on Saturdays).

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Products with their tags still affixed may be exchanged within 14 days for store credit.

SHIPPING POLICY
Most items are shipped within three business days via USPS with tracking provided. Global shipping is available. Please contact us directly if you are unable to check out due to an international address.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is free. Select the option at checkout.
